2011 River District Specific Plan "Lookback"

This is an opportunity for City staff to take a "lookback" on the existing 2011 RDSP and systematically review what has and has not worked. As a Technical Advisory Committee member for the River District Specific Plan (RDSP) Update, your expertise is greatly valued in advising on specific components of the Plan update.

The full document is available in the interactive window below. Navigate between sections using the dropdown menu at the top of the interactive window. Please be sure to include your name and email address with your comments. 

You are not required to complete a full review of the 2011 RDSP, just the elements or sections that you use frequently and/or support your work. Based on your expertise, please use the comment function on Konveio to complete the following "lookback" steps: 

1. Review the 2011 River District Specific Plan, and note key existing language, sections, or Plan features that: 

   1. Should be maintained as-is or with minor edits, as they serve a unique and important purpose;

   2. Should be removed, as they are no longer relevant or are inconsistent with complementary plans;

   3. Should be flagged, as they pertain to ideas and efforts that should be cooridnated with other plans, policies, or other context. 

2. Optional: Respond to comments made by other reviewers, especially in terms of how feasible a suggestion is from your team's perspective.
