Central City Specific Plan Design Guidelines Review

The design guidelines documents for the Central Core Private Realm Guidelines and the Central City Neighborhood Design Guidelines is available below where you can review and make comments. You are not required to complete a full review of these documents, just the sections that you use frequently and/or support your work. 

Based on your expertise, please use the comment function on Konveio to [Brad, we can place your guiding questions here]: 

1. Review the design guidelines, and note existing language or sections that: 
   • Should be maintained as-is, as they serve a unique and important purpose;
   • Should be removed, as they are inconsistent with complementary plans, or challenging to implement;
2. Respond to comments made by other reviewers, and add to the discussion from your team's perspective.

How to use the comment function on Konveio:

• When you find a section you’d like to comment on, simply click anywhere on the page to open a comment box.
• Enter your name, email, and comment in the space provided. Then select the comment type from the drop-down menu and agree to the terms and conditions.
• Once you are ready, submit your comment by clicking the “Post Comment” bubble.
• This process can be repeated throughout the document so your input can be placed alongside the relevant section of the plan.
• Please be sure to include your name and email address with your comments.
