A late night coffee shop would be great (instead of traveling to midtown for those options)

If a larger grocer isn't possible then smaller healthier markets that sell organic food would be important!

Suggestion
I like the idea of a healthy large grocer like Sprouts or Nuggets in this area since there is a lot of more options for healthy and organic foods. Stores that accept EBT as well.

Is the City considering the proximity of the site to light rail and if grants are available for incentivizing development near public transportation?
